My family and I have never been camping before. We had trouble finding a rental store close to us - but we discovered Krenek RV Center and Rentals. From the time I called and spoke to Ryan and Kathy. They both did an outstanding job and walking me through the process and determining which unit would be best suited for our family. As I had many questions a few different times before picking up, Ryan and Kathy were again more than helpful! The day of the pick-up Ryan took the time to thoroughly explain how everything worked and made sure I was comfortable with things. Their rental process was quick and easy. Over the past few years I have purchased several 5th wheel RV's from various dealers. Most places are your best friends until you buy and have the first problem and then you become a stranger. We bought a new Torque toy hauler from Krenek in September. I got what I believe was a great deal. Scott (owner)suggested we stay at a campground close to the dealership for a few nights so any problems that showed up could be corrected immediately. Good idea- the first night out we had water leaking from under the frame. I talked with Bruce and he told me to bring it in first thing the next morning. When I arrived they put a technician on it right away. The problem turned out to be an overflow on the fresh water tank not connected correctly from the factory, allowing water to pool in the underbelly until the camper was on a slope, then it dumped out. The tech was very courteous and knowledgeable on how to find the problem and then to get it fixed. Both Scott and Bruce came out and visited with us while the repair was being made. (Still friendly after a problem was encountered with the RV.) Makes me know who will get my business the next time I am considering another unit. By the way, Bruce, who did the walk thru to explain all the features and how to use them was the most thorough of anyone we had experienced. Bottom line - everyone at the dealership did their job well with a good attitude, and made this purchase an outstanding experience. Thanks guys.

Krenek has been a joy to work with ever since we purchased our Sportsmen Travel Trailer from them 3 years ago. The addition of Kim to their Service Dept. has put the icing on the cake. She is always friendly and upbeat and willing to find an answer to your every need or concern. She definitely compliments the family atmosphere that permeates the entire Krenek experience.

I am fighting stage 4 lung cancer. They helped me rent a camper so I could go to a music festival and not hav to tent. They were very nice & helpful. I also have a year to use that rent towards buying. Don't want to tent anymore!

After driving for several hours, we wanted to stop for the night and thought we would ask the dealership if they minded if we parked in there lot. We are Canadians and some dealers have no problem having overnight visitors. The folks at Krenek RV were so kind and accommodating in welcoming us. If we were looking for a new RV, we would buy here. Love-love this place. The Whole gang was so easy to work with. You could say we had fun! Been searching for a travel trailer for a couple months and found the perfect one here. It looked new-was 5 years old. I am picky and it was so clean all we had to do was pack it. Inside worked for me (Kathy) outside cleanup impressed my husband. Would certainly buy here again. Way to go Krenek gang!

I absolutely love Krenek. I have been renting with this company for 4yrs and in that time my family has received the top notch service. The Rv's we have rented have always been of a great quality, they are always cleaned, and prices are always fair. The staff is flexible and willing to work with us to assure we have the best Rv to suit my family's needs. I have seen other people rent from different companies and they did not compare to the quality of detail that Krenek does. I would and do recommend renting and/or purchasing from Krenek Rv, they will not let you down!

We have rented various size travel trailers from Krenek for the last five years. The rental trailers are always new (and in a few cases brand new, as in first time out). We only camp a few times a year so renting is so much more cost effective than purchasing for our situation. We are lucky to have a dealer that rents such good trailers so close to where we live.

Kathy is wonderful to work with and the owner not only takes time going over the rv personally with you in detail but also gave me some great travel tips. We rented an RV from Krenek for a camping trip during summer 2016 and had a great experience. The RV was almost brand new and was very easy to use. They were very helpful in accommodating us when our plans had to change and got us a rental even though part of the trip was on a busy holiday weekend. My family is looking forward to doing it again!

Following retirement we looked at travel trailers and motorhomes and harbored wispy dreams of visiting all of national parks. But reality eventually set in. We love Americas national parks, but the truth is we visit maybe one or two a year. Then I stumbled upon the Krenek website and found we could rent a pull trailer for less money per day than a room rate at the lodge. It was a no-brainer. We visited Krenek and discovered two things: 1) everyone at Krenek was courteous and helpful and 2) the pull trailer on the lot was exactly what we wanted. Every time we rent our trailer it is always immaculate. The Krenek people give us thorough instructions regarding its operation. We return the trailer the way we found it because treat Krenek the way Krenek treats us.

I locked my deadbolt and live over 100 miles away, but Kim and her service experts figured out a way to service my rig for me. Hats off to a great team. I am a customer for life. Buying our first RV was a great experience from this family owned business. Bill spent the good part of a Saturday afternoon answering our questions and showing us the models we had already scoped out on their web sight. Along with extended test drives covering all aspects of road traveling with the RV's we were looking at. We put a down payment on this visit and returned to close out in a week. A switch from the norm was a 2 hour go over and instructional period down in their shop before we closed out and we were told that should we change our mind at this point we could opt out of this particular model. Bill stated that they wanted to make sure we understood what we were buying before closing the deal. Although we have dealers within 20 miles of where we live, we were glad that we drove the 90 miles to Krenek RV and we look forward to our future experiences with them. Krenek RV offers amenities rarely found at any RV dealer. We feel confident that any future needs will be taken care of by the folks at Krenek RV as we begin our RVing experiences.

We were having a hard time finding the fifth wheel that we were looking for. Mark saw the one when he was driving down I-94. That Saturday we stopped in to check it out. It was the exact one we were looking for. Rob came out with us and opened it up for us to look at. We liked what we saw and asked that we come back the next Saturday and go over it with a fine tooth comb. Ryan was there with us that day and he was very knowledgeable and answered our questions. That day we also sat down with Pat to go over the numbers. We had put a down payment on the trailer earlier in the week so no one else could steal it out from underneath us. We were glad we did because other people wanted to check it out but it was ours! The Saturday of our walk-through went well also. There were a few issues but everything was fixed before we were done signing the paperwork. Both sales and service worked diligently to make the deal in an expedited manner so we could hit the road in two days. They made it happen.
Chris in the service department has a can do attitude. He is very knowledgeable, willing and able.
Im sure there were others behind the scene that were instrumental in this deal going smoothly. We found the price was great and they even let us stay the night in their lot so we could get an early start on our trip.

We had an electrical problem with our class A coach. We had replaced the inverter before leaving home and we had another failure halfway across the country.
I called Kim at Krenek and explained the situation. She got a technician on the phone with me to troubleshoot. He was able to diagnose on the phone and asked if they could look at it to confirm. He was right and 40 minutes after I got there I was back on the road and my vacation was saved.

Using the internet, we located the specific travel trailer, my wife & I were looking for. It was at Krenek's RV in Caloma MI. Even though, it was last years model, it was basically new. There were at least 10 of this particular year and model listed on RV Traders website. The travel trailer Krenek RV had in stock was priced lower than the others located around the USA. I think it's because of Krenek RV's low overhead costs. So, my wife and I drove from our new home near Rogersville Missouri to Caloma Michigan to buy our new 2019 Forest River Rockwood 2702WS travel trailer. When we arrived in Caloma, we met the staff Ryan, Bill, Bruce, Al and others. All were friendly and helpful. Previously, I had been in contact with Ryan and Al over the phone and had put money down to hold the trailer. Next, we drove to the service building where Bruce showed us the trailer, both inside and out. We absolutely love it. It's just right for us, the inside length is 32', but honestly I wouldn't want to pull a longer travel trailer. Then, we went back to the office and completed the financing with Al, who was great to work with. We said our goodbyes to the staff and returned to the parts and service building to hook up to our new travel trailer. Finally, we bought a few RV supplies. The lady who helped us was very friendly. We were back on the road in about three hours. Thank You Krenek RV!

I was looking for certain super C RV I found it online at Kreneks I drove 3 hours to look at it and it was exactly what we were looking for. We purchased a used travel trailer from Krenek RV in March 2020. It was one of their 2018 used models so it was kept in immaculate condition and we felt good about our purchase of our very first RV. We happened to buy our RV right when the Corona virus pandemic shut down the country and as brand new campers we were a bit apprehensive about camping that first year of the pandemic so we decided to keep our RV stored with Krenek for an entire year until this Spring April 2021. They offer a whole year of free RV storage. This April 2021 Krenek RV went out of their way to help us get our RV moved to our new campground and helped us get everything set up. Their entire staff is amazing and we have been blown away by how friendly everyone was and how they treated us like we were part of their family. They went over and above what we expected from a dealership in terms of customer service and just in general helping us out and making sure we understood how everything worked in the RV. One of their salesmen, Bill Mashak even helped us find the perfect sesasonal camground in Michigan to keep our RV parked and now we will be only a short drive from Krenek RV if we need any further help.
